After my post on my hopes for the new year it is high time I bite the bullet and go back to Weight Watchers. I have been at Slimming World for some time, and as much as I love my leader, and working there, the plan isn't for me. So on the 18th of January (too skint for now!) I shall be going back! Hopefully I will be going from this -
To this! And yes, that does include being a different colour too, when I get to goal I am toying with a totally different hair colour!
I look forward to a day when this doesn't apply to me -
Haha! I used to have a blog about my weight loss when I lost my original weight before falling preegnant with Emmy. So I shall do the same this time around, maybe it will keep me on track and maybe it will inspire others who struggle.
So, here is to the start of a new positive, happy and healthier me.
Good luck to you, I've started dieting again too and it's killing me! xx
ReplyDeleteThanks, this will be about the 10th time I have restarted :o/
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you, don't know many that do not start a diet as soon as the festivities are over hehe
x
I'm starting dieting again too :( x
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you too, it is hard isn't it? Temptation everywhere even without the Christmas stuff leftover! x
ReplyDeleteMy dad told me about a program that was developed by the air force. It's designed to get you to your ideal level of fitness. There's one for ladies called XBX and one for guys too.
ReplyDeleteI'm on day 13 and it's really going well so far. There's a free pdf download of the program too. Just google it (don't want to spam with links).
Hope that helps!
thanks for that, I have googled and saved and shall have a good look later, even I could do 12 minutes a day! :)
ReplyDeleteI just did it myself at 2 am - I've been doing it for almost two weeks now so I really don't want to stop now.
ReplyDeleteThe charts can seem confusing at first. They're actually really simple but I had a hard time deciphering them. If you have trouble let me know on my blog somehow and I'd be happy to help.
